- Tageslimit Voucher pro Nicht-Admin-Benutzer (Setting + Durchsetzung in index)
- Docker: HEALTHCHECK (health.php) + curl; GHCR-Publish-Workflow
- Setting user_daily_voucher_limit + enforce in integrations.php
